This shipping policy explains how JuteiQue packs, ships and delivers your order. We ship cotton pocha, kitchen towels, dusters and microfiber cloths across India. Also, we keep delivery simple, so you always know what to expect. Please read the details below before you order.
Dispatch time
We pack every order within 1–2 business days. First, our team checks the items and counts each pack. Then we hand the parcel to the courier. You receive an email and SMS with a tracking link as soon as the parcel ships. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays ship on the next working day.
Delivery time across India
Metro cities usually receive parcels in 2–4 business days. The rest of India takes 4–8 business days. However, remote locations and festival periods can take longer. Therefore, please allow a few extra days at those times.
Shipping charges and free shipping
Shipping is free on retail orders above ₹499. A flat fee of ₹49 applies to smaller orders, and checkout shows it before you pay. Wholesale orders are different. We quote freight by weight and destination, so you know the full cost upfront.
Tracking and delivery problems

Shipping policy for wholesale orders
Large orders ship by road transport or courier, depending on weight and city. First, we confirm the quantity and the delivery address. Then we share the freight cost and the expected delivery date. Also, we send the transporter details with the shipment. If any carton arrives damaged, please record a short video while opening it, because it helps us file the claim quickly. Moreover, keep the original packing until we confirm the replacement, so the courier can verify the damage without delay.
